Usually for milk crate molds, we suggest to make with 4 tips hot runner system to keep balance injection and good appearance.

If prefer to make milk crate mold with short cycle time, 

it is suggested to make the mold core and cavity with cooper beryllium as this is better on heat transferring than steel.
